In the next 10 to 14 days there will be fresh lamb on the chiller in the office. There is still time for you to order half or whole lamb for your freezer, prepared the way you like it, but the sheep will go to the butcher next Wednesday – 13th. – and we will need to know before then. We are confident the winds are going to drop and the sun will remind you what a barbecue is for so why not try some of our lamb at your next summer time garden feast?
